Exhibitor Registration Information

The Living Green Expo seeks to present information, resources, services, and products that promote healthier, more ecologically sound lifestyles as well as educate attendees about the environmental impacts of consumer actions and choices. All exhibitor applications will go through a careful review process to ensure that the Living Green Expo’s standards for sustainability are met.  You will be notified of your application status within 4 weeks of submission.

Applications will be accepted online only.  Please review and fill out the application in its entirety.  Booth reservations will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.  A premium fee will be added for exhibitors choosing spaces designated as “Premium” or “Super Premium” according to floor plans.

*Minnesota Environmental Partnership partner level members receive a 20% discount off registration price.

Cancellation Policy

Should an Exhibitor determine they must cancel their participation, they will receive a 90% refund of the Exhibitor Fee through April 1, 2012 (10% will be retained by MEP to cover processing and administrative costs).  Cancellations between April 2, 2012- April 30, 2012 will receive a 50% refund of the Exhibitor Fee.  No refunds will be given after April 30, 2012.
